URL Traffic Filtering System (TFS)

The URL-based traffic filtering system (developed by Inline Telecom Solutions) ensures subscriber traffic filtering in accordance with Federal Law No. 463, Federal Law No. 139, and Federal Law No. 149. Subscribers cannot access Internet resources blocked by decision of the regulatory authorities of the Russian Federation. The list of such resources is automatically updated in accordance with the regulations of Roskomnadzor. The system allows maintaining user lists or "white" lists of available resources taking into account the customer's requirements.

When attempting to access a prohibited resource, subscribers are redirected to a "stub page" where they can find out the reasons for blocking and study the document on the basis of which such blocking is carried out. The system allows collecting and displaying statistics on blockings and/or visits.
