The Call Collect platform (the "Vyrchai" service) is used to make calls and send SMS messages at the expense of the called subscriber both within the operator's network and between different telecom operators. Such services are especially in demand between close people (family members, friends) who, for whatever reason, do not have sufficient funds in their personal account.
